The 2018 offering of the Stranger Days Independent Film Festival has officially announced their 2018 dates and opened submissions for selection.
The one-day film festival will take place November 17, 2018 in Charlotte, NC, and will feature nine total hours of short films from all over the world, with a strong focus on independent shorts made in the Carolinas, and special awards categories set aside for such regionally-produced films. Many participating filmmakers will also be in attendance, with several hosting special Q&A presentations along with their screenings.
Submission fees are $10.00 (through April 1), $15.00 (through June 1), $20.00 (through August 1), and $30.00 (through October 1). They are currently only accepting short films (less than 30min in length), although all genres are accepted.
