NEWS – Big Fandom Film Festival Opens Submissions for 2016 Event

GREENVILLE, SC: The 2016 offering of the Big Fandom Film Festival (part of multi-fandom convention Big Fandom Greenville 2016) has officially announced their 2016 dates and opened submissions for selection.

The three-day film festival will take place November 18-20, 2016 at the Hilton Greenville in downtown Greenville, SC, and will feature nine total hours of short films from all over the world, with a strong focus on independent shorts, with special awards categories set aside for regionally-produced films. Many participating filmmakers will also be in attendance, with several hosting special Q&A and “how to” panels during the weekend long convention.

Submission fees are $5.00 (through August 18), $10.00 (through September 18), and $15.00 (through October 1). They are currently only accepting short films (less than 30min in length), although all genres are accepted. Submissions can be made at their official FilmFreeway page at:
